The Service provides devotional and informational content generated with AI. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms.
Content is devotional and informational only. It is not medical, legal, psychological, or pastoral advice. Do not use the Service for emergencies or crisis situations.
Features may change or be discontinued. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
We and our licensors own the Service, including software, models, and content we provide. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You will defend and indemnify us from third-party claims arising out of Your Input, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
For users in the United States, these Terms are governed by New York law, excluding conflicts rules.
Arbitration and class-action waiver (U.S.). Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis administered by AAA or JAMS under their rules. No class or representative actions. Small-claims court remains available. You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing [email protected] with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your device identifier. If arbitration is unenforceable for a claim, courts in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction.
Where local law requires other terms, those mandatory rules apply to that extent.
Do not use the Service in violation of export control or sanctions laws.
